Opensim command lines

Delete/create
- delete object name nameoftheobject
- delete object outside
Very useful for clean up regions from lost objects and scripts.
- fix-phantoms 
- delete-region regionname 
- create region regionname regionname.ini
 IARs
1-First put the files to upload in the bin folder.
2-Create in your inventory a new folder named Folder2.
then type:

-load iar username Folder2 userpassword yourfilename.iar
(yourfilename will appear in the Folder2 in your inventory)

Save IARs
1-Create in your inventory a new folder named Folder2  and put inside the files you want to save.
then type:


-save iar username Folder2 password myobjects.iar
this will save all content in Folder2 to a file named "myobjects.iar into bin folder.

OARs.
1-Change to region where you want new oar loaded.
2-Put the oar file you want to load in the bin folder, then type:
-load oar youroarname.oar
this will replace all in the regionname nº.

-load oar --merge youroarname.oar
this will load all objects in file but not the terrain. Won't delete preexisting objects.


3-You may need restart consola or even machine when loaded oar contains many scripts.


Save your regions as OAR file:
-Save oar
This will save your region as a file named "Region.oar" into bin folder.
-Save oar nameyouwant.oar
This will save your region as a file named  "nameyouwant.oar" into bin folder.

-help terrain----->shows terrain commands

Save and load terrains: Diva distro allowes to play more than one regions at same instance. How we do to manage where we want our files loaded or saved?...some hints:

1-
Put the terrain file you want to load in the bin folder.
2-Select or validate the specific region where you want to load terrain by typing the command:
 -change region yourregionname

you will get the promt :
"Currently selectec region is yourregionname #"
"Region "
then type:
-terrain load yourterrainname.raw
this will load terrain to "yourregionname".

-terrain save terrainname.raw
this will save terrainname raw file into bin folder, (always write after dot the specific kind of file you want...raw,jpg,tiff...)
